Basmati rice with leeks and carrots

Ingredients (per 4 persons):
- 200 gr Basmati rice
- 400 gr squid
- 1 leeks
- 2 carrots
- 1/2 yellow pepper
- 1/2 red pepper
- Radish sprout
- Soy salse
- Evo Oil
- Salt&pepper
Preparation
Dice the vegetables and put aside.
Fill a saucepan with rice and water, add a pinch of salt and bring to a boil: continue to cook, stirring often, until the rice slides around easily in the pan then wash it under cold water.
In a pan sautè the vegetables with oil over medium-low heat for 3 minutes.
Add the rice and sauté until the vegetables are fragrant. Add salt and Pepper then season with soy salse: garnish with radish sprouts and serve.
