Carnaroli rice and Arborio rice are two varieties of the refined rice group. Vialone rice and Roma rice are other varieties of semi refined rice group. Vialone Nano rice and Roma rice are ideal for risotto dishes

Our speciality is Carnaroli rice from the refined rice group. This is particularly suitable for risottos due to a grain rich in amylum starch, which contributes to its notable firmness.

Another variety from the refined group, Arborio, is also suitable for risottos. Its particularly large and pearly grains are perfect for dry rice and risottos because they absorb stock during cooking and expand.

We also produce Roma rice (refined group), and Vialone Nano from the semi-refined group, which is characterized by large, round grains, ideal for risotto dishes.
